Store your jewellery in a ziplock or any other soft pouch, separately from other jewellery when not in use. Keep your jewellery away from heat, fire, and water. It is better to put on your jewellery after makeup. Wipe your jewellery with a soft cloth after every use to keep your jewellery dust and sweat-free. Always keep your jewellery away from perfumes and hair sprays. Handle your jewellery with care to avoid any accidental scratches. Follow these instructions and keep your jewellery at its shiny best. Our pieces of jewellery are symbols of love, dedication & commitment, and we want you to cherish them for life.

Returns: Returns applicable if you receive damaged/incorrect product or if you are not happy with it. In this case, we will arrange for a reverse pickup the product along with the original packaging and the invoice within 7 days of receiving the order.

Exchange: Please make sure that all items that are to be exchanged must be undamaged/unworn and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. New products will be dispatched only after receiving the original product. 

Exchange is not applicable: There might be minor color variations from photographs to how the product looks in person. We do not recommend exchanging nose pins and toe rings. Products returned in a used or damaged condition.

Sale items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

Refund: Refunds will be processed only after 7 to 14 days after the product is received from our end.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation is not accepted once an order has been placed. Please double check the order before submitting it. No refund will be provided.
