At Amyra Silver, every piece is carefully inspected and securely packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. As a brand dealing with delicate silver jewellery, we maintain a strict return and exchange policy to ensure fairness and product integrity.


🔁 Returns (Damage/Defect Only)

We accept returns only in cases of damage or manufacturing defects.

Eligibility Criteria:
• The issue must be reported within 3 days of delivery
• A complete unboxing video is mandatory as proof
• The video must clearly show:
• The sealed package being opened
• The product inside
• The visible damage/defect

Important Conditions:
• The damage must be clearly visible in the unboxing video
• Claims without proper video proof will not be accepted
• Damage caused after delivery (due to handling, wear, or misuse) will not be eligible for return

Once approved, our team will guide you through the return process.


🔄 Exchanges (Size Issues Only)

We offer exchanges strictly for size-related issues, and only on selected products.

Eligible Products:
• Rings
• Earrings

Conditions:
• Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery
• The product must be:
• Unused
• In original condition
• Returned with original packaging

Not Eligible for Exchange:
• Necklaces, chains, bracelets, or any other jewellery items
• Customized or made-to-order pieces


🚫 Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
• Products without unboxing video proof
• Items reported after the 3-day window
• Used, damaged (post-delivery), or altered products
• Products purchased during special sales or promotions (if applicable)


📦 Process & Approval

All returns and exchanges are subject to quality inspection and approval by the Amyra Silver team. We reserve the right to decline requests that do not meet our policy criteria.
