Return & Exchanges
Returns: Returns are applicable only if you receive a damaged/incorrect product. In such cases, we will arrange for a reverse pickup of the product along with the original packaging and the invoice within 7 days of receiving the order. Please note that a video of the package being opened is mandatory to process the return, and the product must have all original tags intact.
Exchange
Please ensure that all items to be exchanged are undamaged/unworn and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. New products will be dispatched only after receiving the original product.
Exchange is not applicable in the following cases:
- Minor colour variations between photographs and the actual product.
- Nose pins and toe rings.
- Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
Note: Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refund: Refunds will be processed only after 7 to 14 days after the product is received from our end.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation is not accepted once an order has been placed. Please double-check the order before submitting it. No refund will be provided.
Payment: We accept Debit and Credit Cards for Visa/MasterCard/AMEX, NetBanking, Google pay and Paytm
STRICTLY, WE DO NOT ACCEPT TRANSIT DAMAGE ISSUE WITHOUT UNPACKING VIDEO or IMAGE. You may send it through WhatsApp with pictures & videos or email us at enquiry@amyrasilvers.com within 1 day upon order delivery; after that, the product is not eligible for returns.
